At 5pm on a Sunday afternoon, the Dutch take their cars and drive to a desolate industrial area in the surroundings of Amsterdam. In a big hangar-like building people of all age and color meet up to dance to the hard electronic trance beats of the 'Sounds Of Sunday', or S.O.S.
Some of the visitors probably just visited mom and dad, others have just woken up after last night's party, and some are clearly still going since Saturday night. For them this is the after-after party. And even though it is still bright outside, inside it feels like the full saturday night party all over. With just one difference: The party is over at midnight. So that everybody can go back to work healthily on Monday morning.
